Richie O Donnell
Richie O’Donnell is the owner of RO Fitness.
Richie is UKBFF/IFBB National Champion, 5th IFBB Mens Physique European Champion.
The gym is his pride and joy and members will always have his full support to reach their goals.

Steve Powell
Level 3 person trainer and gym class instructor
I help people improve their strength, athleticism and fitness whilst instilling healthy, sustainable and positive habits.
Tamer James
Tamer James is a highly experienced specialist chartered physiotherapist.
Has over 10 years experience working in various professional sports, he is currently a senior physiotherapist at Cardiff Blues.
