HIIT Training
High Intensity Interval Training:
Short bouts of work and rest. If you want a quick blast, in and out, then this 30 minute class is the one! Get your session in before work and feel great for the rest of the day! This class uses cardio equipment and body weight exercises, raising your heart rate and increasing your fitness levels!

Bootcamp
A Strength and Conditioning based class. This class includes an intense mix of strength and speed elements. Classes vary from big compound movements using barbells, kettle bells, dumbbells, body weight exercises and outdoor military style drills.

TBC
A Cardio/HIIT based full body workout that improves overall fitness. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning. A typical class involves fast paced, high energy and high impact aerobics combined with a circuit.

Glutes
Let’s grow our GLUTES! This class focuses on mind to muscle connection, controlled movements and time under tension. All exercises will be explained and guidance on technique will be given throughout the class. There will be a variety of different weights so this class will be suitable for all ages and experiences. You will feel the burn in your glutes and you’ll feel the DOMS (aching) afterwards!

Circuits
If you want a hard sweaty session then this class is for you! Each circuit is different and sometimes there will be CrossFit-style workouts involved. This class is suitable for everyone. This class includes a combination of strength and speed using weights and cardio equipment.

Richie O Donnell
Richie O’Donnell is the owner of RO Fitness.
Richie is UKBFF/IFBB National Champion, 5th IFBB Mens Physique European Champion.
The gym is his pride and joy and members will always have his full support to reach their goals.

Tamer James
Tamer James is a highly experienced specialist chartered physiotherapist.
Has over 10 years experience working in various professional sports, he is currently a senior physiotherapist at Cardiff Blues.
Book in with Tamer to help you return to full function as quickly and efficiently. He is a clinical knee, shoulder and lower back specialist.
